Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Short-Term Bookings (Hourly / Daily / Weekly)

• 48+ hours prior to booking: Full refund

• Less than 48 hours: Non-refundable

• No-show: Non-refundable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Meeting Rooms

​

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit

• Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable

3. Month-to-Month Memberships

​

• 30 days’ written notice required

• Billing continues through the notice period

• No partial-month refunds

4. Fixed-Term Agreements

​

Early termination may result in:

• Forfeiture of security deposit

• Acceleration of remaining balance due under contract

• Early termination fees specified in membership agreement

5. Security Deposit Refunds

​

Deposits are refunded within 30 days following:

• Inspection of premises

• Return of all keys/cards

• Payment of outstanding balances

​

6. Company-Initiated Cancellation

​

If the Company cancels due to circumstances beyond control, you will receive:

• A full refund, or

• Comparable workspace accommodations

7. Non-Refundable Fees

​

The following are non-refundable:

• Administrative/setup fees

• Credit card processing fees

• Late payment penalties
